The reason why human resource should be considered as more valuable than other organizational resources to a business is owing to the capabilities of people that play a significant role in the overall functioning state of a business entity.

By virtue of capabilities, qualifications, aptitude and competence, people can extend their valuable services to a business to grow and develop. The more capable they are, the better results they produce for a business. In this way, investing in employee development to enhance their capabilitie is to lead a business towards continuous success.
